where the story ends

The title states it all. Post number 400 on this blog already. So much has happened ever since...

Lately, I've been reading up Boku wa Tomodachi ga Sukunai, a novel which talks about how a guy, who has no friends in school, discovers a girl's secret (she was talking to an imaginary 'air friend'), and then she decides to create a Neighbour's Club with the purpose of making friends. Because of my inability to read japanese, I can only rely on English translations, which kinda sucks. But while reading, I realised that SGR was alot like the Neighbours' Club, where people from different backgrounds all come together to just, well, make friends and get along. The key difference, though, is the fact that we all have a common interest in music games.

Leaving home early yesterday, I realised that everyone, regardless of shitstorms which happen, are still able to stay happy together. This brings me back to my role which I've always held: as someone who connects everybody together, knowing many people, but not really in any clique. Well, as long as everyone is happy, that's enough.

Moving on to the topic of that one particular girl: She's the other half of the source of happiness. Demanding me to accompany her, that doesn't matter. As long as she's happy and is working hard, that would be more than enough. As for other issues which I'm worried about... well that would have to come later.

.. And so I realised: With all these, there is no more reason for me to feel troubled or sad anymore.

Just to share, because my posts have been WoTs recently, this is an OST, but it's one of the best I've heard.

Responsibility.

"If you disband -Silence-, that would mean all the effort that you've put in into building the fam up will all go to waste. Do you want that to happen?"

Ever since A certain Magical Yandere (Pun intended) said this to me back when my audi fam was in its heyday, I've promised myself never to be an irresponsible bastard and walk out on anything. And since Ian entrusted us as admins to take care of the group while he isnt around, it is our responsibility to take care of the group and make it stronger.

This time round, he is the one who's being the selfish and childish bastard, wanting to walk out on everyone, wanting to abandon everyone and leave us to pick up the pieces. As if the shitstorms isnt bad enough.

Quoted from Josh: "We're admins, not your fucking problem solvers." We're all sick and tired of all these stuffs happening. But what will happen if we also do what Ian did, wash our hands off everything, and leave the rest of the guys to clear the mess? Definitely, that will be the fall of SGR. As much as josh and I want to heckcare, we can't. I believe close to nobody in the group will understand how we feel.

Speaking of Ian, what really makes me pissed off is the fact that he claims 'nobody gives a damn', yet he's sitting at a corner away from us, fiddling with his phone. I nearly wanted to punch him in the face to wake him up.

At the end of the day, too many things happened and were not resolved correctly, which resulted in things turning out this way. Things won't be easy to settle this time. For SGR to recover from this aftermath, I'm guessing it would take MONTHS. YES, MONTHS.

"If i don't do this, who will?"

personal attack.

"So many beautiful memories and wonderful people in the family,
yet having to give them all up coz of one person."

Sad, isnt it?

Right now, I'm talking to cheryl on the phone, while she's complaining that I'm not talking to her while on the phone. Well, earlier, she tried to knock some sense into me regarding some incident earlier in the day which really, in one phrase, spoilt my whole day upside down.

I'm not putting the blame on Josh and Kelvin for coming up with the idea of the Swimsuit competition polls, since they planned it to be for fun and as a form of bonding. However cause of one comment which I saw on twitter, its just something which I cannot help but take it personally:

"Obviously someone is happy with the polls, yet just acting like he's neutral."

So this was the last straw. And because of that, the quote right at the top of this post was applied to the situation..

... And like what I told Josh, "don't interfere unless you want to get whacked."
